Gospel:

First Reading: Philippians 2: 1-4
1 If
there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of charity, if any
society of the spirit, if any bowels of commiseration:
2
Fulfill ye my joy, that you may be of one mind, having the same charity, being
of one accord, agreeing in sentiment.
3
Let nothing be done through contention, neither by vain glory: but in humility,
let each esteem others better than themselves:
4
Each one not considering the things that are his own, but those that are other
men’s.
Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 131: 1bcde, 2, 3
R. In you, O Lord, I have
found my peace.
1
Lord, my heart is not exalted: nor are my eyes lofty. Neither have I walked in
great matters, nor in wonderful things above me.
R. In you, O Lord, I have
found my peace.
2 If
I was not humbly minded, but exalted my soul: As a child that is weaned is
towards his mother, so reward in my soul.
R. In you, O Lord, I have
found my peace.
3
Let Israel hope in the Lord, from henceforth now and for ever.
R. In you, O Lord, I have
found my peace.
Alleluia: John 8: 31b-32
R.
Alleluia, alleluia.
31b-32
If you remain in my word, you will truly be my disciples, and you will know the
truth, says the Lord.
R.
Alleluia, alleluia.
Gospel: Luke 14: 12-14
12
And He said to him also that had invited him: When thou makest a dinner or a
supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, nor thy kinsmen, nor thy
neighbours who are rich; lest perhaps they also invite thee again, and a
recompense be made to thee.
13
But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, and the
blind;
14
And thou shalt be blessed, because they have not wherewith to make thee
recompense: for recompense shall be made thee at the resurrection of the just.

Dear Humanity,
I personally encourage everyone to emulate JESUS' values on LOVE, FAITH, HOPE
and CHARITY, as the humanity has been a failure; which resulted to the more than two (2) years of pandemic and its after-effects on economy, not only here in the Philippines but worldwide.
And the saddest part of it, is that, it affected the POOREST of the POOR to even extremely be more poorer, in exchange of the affluent to be more richer.
Thank you and may GOD bless you and the whole family to have an enjoyed life's journey at home, Church, schools/universities, corporate commitments, public and places of interest.
